now until December. You will receive email reminders with the location.

explanation of Events/Fundraisers
We ask that Parents help with one
Event/Fundraiser
Season Kick Off Social – Thursday, August 22nd at Johnny’s
Taproom. The cost will be $12 per person to cover food and servers. The purpose of this event is to give
parents and coaching staff an opportunity to socialize with one another before
the Season begins. Please join
us!!
Program Book – John Baker will be our Chairperson – Parents will be responsible for selling ads
to businesses and family members.
We are planning on creating a smaller version of the Program than in past years.
We plan on handing out Programs at all home games. Since our first game is September 13th we really
need to have as many people involved on the Committee.
Patriots Raffle - Rich Fleming has secured 2 tickets in the lower
section to the Buffalo game on December 29th at 1pm game. We will again be contacting Marriott Renaissance
at Patriot Place to see if they will donate a room for that evening.
The winner will be pulled at our Thanksgiving Game.
Halftime Gatorade – We are working on getting 25/30 cases donated
from Coca Cola. If this donation does not happen, parents
will be asked to donate. Will
need parents to donate ice and deliver to Home Games.
Youth Night – Week of September 20th - Always a
wonderful evening for Players, Coaching, and Parents. We will be grilling hot dogs and serving drinks to everyone.
Senior Night – Thanksgiving Game – In past years we gave
flowers and pins to parents and players ~ will need 2 or 3 parents to guide
Senior Parents. This will need to
be run by underclassman parents.
Banquet – Last year we had a Pot Luck Dinner held at MES Middle School.
